How do I get started with Android Messages?
If you are new to Android, here are some tips to get started.
The Google Play Store is a great place to start if you haven’t used it before.
Once you have an Android device running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), the new Google app for Android is available for download.
There is a separate Android Messages app for iPhones, but for this guide, we’ll be focusing on the iPhone.
Once the app is installed on your device, tap on the notification shade on the top right corner of the screen.
Once it’s opened, tap the + sign to open the notification panel.
In the notification center, tap Send Message.
At the bottom of the list of available messaging apps, tap Android Messages.
You’ll be prompted to log in with your Google account to receive the message.
At this point, the only thing you have to do is tap the send button to send the message to your Android Messages account.
If you have multiple accounts, you’ll have to sign out of each one to receive each message.
The app will send the new message, which can be saved on your phone.
At some point, you might need to close Android Messages, but that won’t happen if you have your phone in your pocket, purse, or backpack.
Once Android Messages is open, you can also view your messages by tapping the message you want to view.
You can tap the picture in the top left corner to view a larger version of the message in full screen.
You should see a little white circle under the message that tells you what the message is about.
Tap on the message icon and you’ll be presented with the text and the picture that’s in the message, plus the recipient.
When you’re finished, tap Submit.
Once approved, you will receive an email with the new, new message.
Tap the notification again to close the Android Messages and get back to the Google Play store.
